Cancellations

Returns

Damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will resend your order or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Approved refunds for pre-shipment cancellations are typically processed within 7 business days, though some cases may take longer depending on your payment provider.
